After Hours Transfers - Small Friends $75.00 / Medium & Large Friends $150.00
We are available to transfer your beloved pet 7 days a week between the hours of 7am to 10pm (including public holidays), however the above fee will be charged if a transfer occurs during the following times:
Monday to Friday 6pm - 10pm
All Weekend & Public Holidays
Please note if your pet has passed away at a Veterinary Clinic and they have the facilities to hold your pet in their care, we will transfer during working hours to avoid extra fees.

Same Day Cremation - $75.00 (Surcharge)
If requested, we can organize for your pet to be cremated on the same day. As this usually requires staff members to work additional hours than planned, the above fee is payable.

Weekend Cremation - $250.00 (Surcharge)
If requested, we can organize for your pet to be cremated on the weekend, but as this requires our team members to work additional hours the above fee is payable.

After Hour Ashes Delivery - $55.00
If you require an after hours appointment (outside office hours, Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm), the above fee is payable.

Private Viewing/Quiet Time - $75.00
We understand that sometimes not all family members can be present at the time your beloved pet passes away and often family members just want to say one final farewell. With this in mind we offer our Room of Rest for you and your family, (including other pets) to visit before the scheduled cremation time. This cost is for a viewing/quiet time during office hours. After hours viewings/quiet times can be arranged at an additional cost.
