We understand that making decisions during this difficult time can be overwhelming. With this in mind, we have tried to keep it as simple as possible by reducing our service options to two packages which can be personalised by choosing an urn, and or, other memorabilia. Both packages are based on your pet being individually cremated.
Our Traditional Cremation Service is to allow for those who are interested in having their pet respectfully cremated but do not require any extras (ie paw print/clipping of hair). Our Classic Cremation Service is an upgrade to include a paw print certificate with your preferred photo of your pet and a clipping of their hair returned with their ashes.
It is important to note, because pets are not all the same size, our pet cremation service pricing is based on the weight of your beloved pet.

TRANSFER INFORMATION
At My Best Friends Farewell, the respectful treatment of your pet is important to us, as is the welbeing of our team members. Therefore, unless your pet is at a weight that can be respectfully & safely managed by one team member on their own, we will always send two team members to bring your pet into our care.
In most cases, we consider up to 15kgs is manageable by one team member. For pets that weigh over 15kgs, we will discuss further details with you, as in some cases, depending on the breed we may feel that one team member will be able to safely manage on their own.
Transfers from a vet surgery are included in our services providing we can transfer your pet into our care within our office hours*. For all private residence transfers and after hours transfers, the following fees will be in addition to our services and fees. Please note our prices are based for services within 25kms of Deception Bay.
Most vet surgeries, including emergency clinics, do have the facility to hold your pet safely in their care but it is always important to check.
We can assist in areas outside this area however travel fees will apply.
Private Residence Transfer Fees
The following fees will apply for all transfers from a private residence within our office hours*$50.00 - Tiny/Small/Medium Friends up to 15kg (one team member)
$75.00 - Medium/Large/Extra Large Friends over 15kg (IF two team members are required)
After Hours Transfer Fees
The following fees will apply if your pet has passed away at your privateresidence or a vet surgery that does not have the ability to hold your pet safely in their care outside our office hours*
$125.00 - Tiny/Small/Medium Friends up to 15kg (one team member)
$250.00 - Medium/Large/Extra Large Friends over 15kg (IF two team members are required)
Family Transfer To Our Premises
If your pet has passed away at home and you are comfortable with transferring them to our premises, there will be no additional charges within our office hours *. An appointment MUST be made with our office before you come in.If your pet has passed away outside these hours, we can still arrange to meet you at our premises, however the following fees will apply

$150.00 - Medium/Large/Extra Large Friends over 15kg (IF two team members are required)
